I'm not an "RV person." Is the Airstream Atlas difficult to drive?
This is the single most common concern, and the very reason we chose the Atlas. It is built on a modern Mercedes-Benz chassis and drives less like a traditional RV and more like a high-end luxury SUV. The common fears of “parachute” wind, fatigue, and road noise are eliminated by its aerodynamic design and quiet interior. With advanced safety features, a high-resolution backup camera, and its smooth drive, our clients are always amazed at how effortless it is.
Absolutely. This is a cornerstone of the Icon Roads effortless experience. For an additional fee, our concierge team will deliver the Atlas to your home, event, or campsite. We will handle all setup, including leveling the suite and connecting all hookups, so you can simply arrive and begin your getaway.
Our suite comes “hotel-ready” for your journey. This includes high-thread-count luxury linens for the plush Murphy bed, a full set of premium bath towels, and two luxury robes. The galley is fully equipped with high-end cookware, a Nespresso station with pods, and a complete set of dining ware. High-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, and our curated welcome basket are also standard.
We are meticulous. Following every journey, the Atlas undergoes a multi-point inspection and is professionally detailed to an immaculate, hotel-ready standard. We ensure every surface is sanitized and every amenity is restocked, guaranteeing your suite is pristine upon arrival.
No. A standard valid driver’s license is all that is required. We do require all drivers to be [25] years of age or older.
We understand that pets are part of the family and welcome one well-behaved dog (under [40] lbs) with pre-approval and a small pet fee. We ask this to ensure we can maintain our immaculate standards for all following guests.
Not at all. The Atlas is designed with modern, user-friendly systems. We provide a comprehensive and simple walkthrough of everything you need to know. Should you have a question during your trip, you are never on your own. We are available 24/7 via our private concierge number to assist you.
We are happy to accommodate travel to most destinations, including high-end festivals and events, with pre-approval. To protect the vehicle, travel on non-paved roads, off-roading, and select high-risk events (such as Burning Man) are prohibited. All travel plans must be discussed prior to booking.
We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing. Our nightly rates will vary based-on time of year and demand, but include all the luxury amenities of the Icon Roads Experience. We have a 3-night minimum stay, which may be extended for major holidays or events.
For your peace of mind, all reservations are covered by our premium insurance policy. This is handled seamlessly during the booking process. We also require a fully refundable security deposit of [$XXXX], which is held [2] days prior to your journey and released promptly after the suite is returned in its original condition.
You are never on your own. You will have a private number for our 24/7 concierge team to assist with any questions, from operating the coffeemaker to travel advice. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, your journey is fully supported by Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your reservation date. For cancellations made between 14-29 days, we offer a 50% refund. Due to the nature of our bespoke service, cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation are non-refundable.
